SCWP beer brewing equipment is used for street brewery,bar or large-middle hotel and includes the whole brewing process from smashing,mashing,fermenting, filtering to storing.It is suitable for brewing and drinking at the scene.The whole?? equipment is composed of wort-making system, fermenting and storing system, refrigerating system,CIP system and electric control system.It is divided into five types,namely I,II,III,IV,V: Type I can produce 2000L per day; Type II can produce 1000L per day; Type III can produce 500L per day; Type IV can produce 300L per day;Type V can produce 150L per day.
Beer made by the equipment is draft beer without pasteurizing. It is divided into light beer and cloudy beer, of which the former is draft beer by filtering and the latter is draft beer which is rich in active ferment without filtering. The beer variety includes all kinds of flavor beer of top fermentation and bottom fermentation,such as Pilson, Ale, Tout and Mmlihen .
