The Basic raw material for Any textile product, only Procured from Reliable Spinning Mills, Which have the history of supplying uniform quality and in-time deliveries. Upon the delivery into our Premises, our Receiving Department checks for the count, weight and presence of moisture in the yarn in order to control the predefined parameters of checking.
 Warping / Sizing:
Warping / Sizing is the first step of pre-Weaving process. It Carried Out at Our Own Premises in the warping department, Equipped with a large plant That can do the warping up to 3.2 meters wide beams. This work is done by an expert staff, Which is provided with the information about the Requirement by the senior management.
 Weaving:
Our factory Equipped with a range of shuttle less looms & conventional can weave the required terry towels and terry fabric of Any Specifications, be with the Requirement for U.S., European or Australian markets. Presently we are produced: 250.000 to 300.000 pounds of greigh woven yarn dyed Towel and Kitchen linen per month.
 Dyeing & Bleaching:
Equipped with complete Bleaching & Washing plant, three large sizes closed winches with two sets of hanger dryers, two dryers and one Tumbler Conveyer dryer. All the stuff and Chemical Dyes Used in the department are Purchased from "Sandoz" to ensure the required quality and attributes of color fastness, softness and absorbency.
 Stitching & Packing:
The final & most Important and cutting stage where every stitch is fully Monitored to ensure that the right product roll out. Starting from the storage of fabric, moving the cutting, stitching, cropping, checking and packing, every step is full Monitored by trained line checkers and Supervisors. At this stage we are confident to cater your needs of stitching, our trained staff works with a range of Specialized stitching machines Including the double needle, over locking, five safety needle stitching, and six needle machine Kansai in two in-house stitching units for towels.
