on July 1995 in Korea.
We ard producing all kinds of semiconductor equipments, mold, trim/form systems.(Mechanical/Hydrauli
c) and for P-DIP, SOIC, QFP, TQFP, TSOP, PBGA, UBGA, CSP and so on.
  
Also we are the leader in wet station
manufacturers for wafer cleaning in Korea, by covering.
  
All the wafering process based on the technologi
es and experiences accumulated for more than 10 years.
