- Buyer send LOI and BCL



- Seller issues draft contract and FCO for signature.



- Buyer signs and stamp and sends back to seller for final signature



- Buyer issues LC



- Seller issues 2% PB.



- Buyer can inspect at loading port



- Shipment begins.



No yard visit - only port of loading, no PB before the LC. Must be transferable LC even though this is the end seller.
