Please be advised that my associate has direct authorized signatory for an AU buyer, etc.
He has the authorization to generate LOIs, do contractual work for the buyer. If you have big quantities of AU,USD,JPY, NKD's, where is this metal or currency located? What are your seller procedures? We need to know all of this asap. Are you next to Seller/Sellers Mandate for the currencies, AU, or are you a broker, How far away are you from seller?
Let me know if you can supply AU, NKD's CHF AND JPY bank to bank only. Buyer will not buy AU or currencies from Thailand or Singapore, it has to be in a bank in Zurich, Europe or the USA only. They can buy very big quantities of AU 40,000 MT in one go. If the procedure is right, and can do it on the Swiss Procedure if you wish.

My buyer will only deal with an International bank or Europen bank.

PROCEDURES AS FOLLOWS
A. PROOF OF FUNDS VS PROOF OF PRODUCT
1. seller's bank to confirm to buyer's bank the origin
of currency
2. The buyer's bank will confirm with full responsibility that they can receive and will refund upon authentic
ation and verification delivery to Buyer's bank and then ONCE THE BANK HAS COUNTED AND VERIFIED THE CURRENCY WILL THE BANK REFUND IN USD SWIFT TO SELLER'S DESIGNATED ACCOUNT.
The buyer will not show proof of funds first. Let the Selle
r's bank work out the details with the Buyer's bank. SIMPLE!!!!!
Buyer's mandate will have to be put direct
ly in contact with your sellers mandate if you want to get anything off the ground.
So if you have a real offer only b
ank to bank please forward the offer in word attachment and I will forward it to buyers mandate asap.
